These cards are a collection of 12 beautifully illustrated cards, created to offer a moment of encouragement, perspective, or reassurance when life gets noisy. All the images are hand-painted & original in design.

These aren’t random quotes pulled from the internet. They’re real words and mantras I’ve used over the years as a coach, psychologist, friend, and woman finding her own way through life — the ones that stayed with me, helped me, and have helped other women too.

Choose the artwork that feels most like you: Ladies of Essence, Florals, or Creatures. The words are the same in each collection; only the artwork changes.

For the Children’s Affirmation Cards, again, the designs are original, hand-painted designs, and the affirmations themselves have been carefully selected to support your little one and instill a strong sense of self-worth.
