Information supplied about another person will not be used to market to that person.
Write & Send and personalised orders
Where you ask Fairhaven Studio to send a card or gift directly to someone else, we may receive that person’s name and postal address together with your message to them.
We use this information only as necessary to prepare, address and send the order and to maintain appropriate transaction records.
If you upload an image of your handwriting, we use that image for the purpose of producing the personalised item you requested.
Payments
Fairhaven Studio does not directly store your full credit or debit card details.
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers and ecommerce services. Those providers process payment information in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.
