Coaching
I know, I know, it’s a bit random to have a “coaching” page on a greeting card website, especially as my coaching is not for art!! But, I am also a Coach, and it’s another big part of my life. I coach Women through periods of transitions in their lives, whether that be menopause, empty nesting, health, grief, career…just about anything that shakes the ground from beneath us!

Let Me Explain
At some point in life, particularly around middle age, we can feel lost. It might be because of a significant change in our lives, or it may be that something has shifted, and suddenly, we are standing alone (physically or metaphorically): we are lost, confused, uncertain & cannot clearly see the path ahead, let alone how to navigate it.
As your Coach, my job is to help you untangle it all, to recognise your strengths and to reassign your perceived weakness. I provide a thoughtful space for clarity, perspective & self-trust. The ultimate goal is to reconnect with yourself & move forwards with strength & self-belief. I cannot do the work for you, but I guide gently guide you, support you & lead you to a positive place: & I am your biggest cheer leader!
Why Art? Why Greeting Cards?
I am well qualified for this role as a Coach: I have a degree in Psychology in Practice, I am qualified in Counselling & Health Coaching. But most importantly, I have a shed-load of life experience! I have coached & mentored thousands of women globally, and now I work only on a one to one basis.
Discovering art in 2025, helped to heal me after a particularly severe case of burnout. It opened something up inside me that I had ignored for decades. Whilst I was busy raising six incredible children, battling life threatening diseases, caring for others and building empires, I had ignored the very essence of me: my creativity.

Forced to stop, physically & mentally, I turned to art for comfort & solace. It bloomed like a flower: it released the left-hand side of my brain (my roots will always be in science & research!), and gave me a vehicle to connect on a more personal level. Creating greeting cards gave me a reason to paint, but more importantly, helps me to promote something I feel passionately about: the lost gift of connection.
I don’t promote my Coaching, and I only work with a small handful of women at one time. I take on clients that I meet during the course of my life, and sometimes those who I just feel connected to. I want to honour & nurture the women I support by giving them my full attention. If their story, their crisis, or their need resonates with me, I will give them my all.
We start with six sessions, one a week over zoom. I don’t set them “homework” or give them workbooks: this is a safe space to talk, to open up and to learn how to harness your own power to navigate & move forwards.

I have also now chosen to use my art, on social media, to share some of my experience & wisdom: to help to encourage and inspire other women to navigate life and become the best version of themselves.
Why Are You Here?
If you are reading this (and have got this far!), it is either because we have already connected and I have directed you here to learn a little more about me, or you need my help. I don’t believe anything happens by accident, so assuming you’re reading this still, I am happy for you to reach out to me, and we can have a chat: let’s see if we are a good fit.

PS. curious as to why I use a red lipstick print on my signature (it’s my emoji of choice on social media too!)? It represents strength, power and choice; whether you wear lipstick or not, it is am iconic symbol of female empowerment…and of course, it’s a kiss from me to you!
